Matthew is an associate with the firm focusing his practice on transportation related litigation, depositions, motion drafting and document review / analysis.
Prior to joining the firm, Matthew was employed by one of the world’s largest global transport and logistics companies starting in 2008. His prior work experience involved the procurement/analysis of transportation services primarily in the area of intermodal freight. His experience with international transportation including multimodal bills of lading and shipping documents allows for creative solutions, which may not be identified without this background. Matthew also completed an internship in Conrail’s law department where he handled issues ranging from preemption to environmental remediation.
Matthew is currently a member of the Board of Governors for the Traffic Club of Philadelphia and most recently served as its president from April 2017 through April 2018. The Traffic Club is an organization made up of transportation professionals, which provides opportunities for professional development through its networking and educational programs.
While at Temple University Beasley School of Law, Matthew received several awards including the Catherine Donahue Memorial Award, for the Graduate with the highest grades in Trusts and Advocacy and Legal Research and Writing Sections.
