Nicholas J. Stevens
Nick Stevens is an associate attorney with the firm representing clients in recovery cases and defending clients against various commercial claims.
Before joining Cohen & Frey, Nick was an attorney at an Am Law 100 law firm (one of the 100 largest law firms in the United States) where he worked on complex litigation matters pending before state, federal, and administrative courts. Nick also served as Assistant Solicitor for the County of Chester, Pa. He started his legal career as a paralegal at an intellectual property firm where he assisted with patent and trademark litigation.
Nick graduated from Rutgers School of Law summa cum laude and was the Executive Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal. During law school, he completed three federal judicial internships in the District Court of New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, running, cooking, and reading.
