Debra brings more than five years of experience handling complex civil litigation in federal court, including work on cases with the U.S. Department of Justice. Her background covers every stage of a case—from drafting motions and pleadings to managing discovery and providing trial support.
Debra is skilled at navigating the challenges of discovery, including e-discovery and document productions, ensuring that clients’ interests are protected at every step. She also have extensive experience researching and addressing difficult legal issues, such as jurisdictional disputes and federal preemption, and developing strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
