John S. Brubaker has significant litigation experience in multiple state and federal courts. John built a successful employment law practice at a small firm in the St. Louis area, which resulted in a number of large settlements on behalf of his clients. John then transitioned to exclusively federal litigation as a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Philadelphia, where he focused on class cases. At the EEOC, John was part of a team that secured a $3.3 million dollar settlement against an employer for violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act. John then transitioned to the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, where he successfully helped defend the Commission from two federal lawsuits, securing victories at summary judgment and at trial.
In his free time, John plays left field in a local amateur baseball league and can be found playing classic/progressive rock or blues on guitar.
